What is Infant Massage?
Infant massage is a five-week course that shows you how to provide an effective and relaxing massage for your baby.
Suitable for babies from birth to one year, this course is a gentle and calming experience for parent and baby to bond in a friendly and supportive environment. Infant massage has multiple benefits including:

Our infant massage courses are run by Lisa, who has been delivering these courses for over eighteen years. Lisa is a qualified IAIM instructor and can support you in building the special relationship with your little one.

Can I just turn up on the day?
We prefer people booking online, as we are really popular, but if you decide on the day you'd like to pop in, just give us a call and we may be able to accommodate you and your little ones - we love to meet new people!
How much is it?
All our sessions have different prices, but most are around £2.50 per child and as little as £1.50 during our price drop months. These are the colder months of the year to make it more accessible to those who may be feeling the pinch with having to put the heating on.
Is there space to park?
Absolutely. There’s plenty of free on road parking and it’s easy to get to by public transport as well.
Is it a friendly group?
We're biased but we would say it is a very friendly group! One mum, Aimee Adams, said we were "Simply the best group ever!!" while another, Carys Clayton, said we were an "amazing group and such an amazing experience for the babies".
